Cancellation/Rescheduling more than 2 days / 48 hours before your appointment:

• You can reschedule your own appointment online, within this timeframe. To do this, you log into the Client Portal, cancel your appointment and book another one.
• Or, you can contact us by email (info@artoftheheartcounselling.com) or WhatsApp (+39 351 328 0252) to reschedule your appointment for you.
• If you wish to cancel within this timeframe, you can choose between a coupon (store credit) that you can use at any other time and for any other service, or, you can request a full refund (back to the card you used to make the purchase). PLEASE NOTE that there is a €10 processing fee for refunds. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange a coupon or refund.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling within 1-2 days / 24-48 hours before your appointment:

• There is a 50% cancellation fee (of the purchase amount) plus a €10 refund processing fee.
• Please contact us by email (info@artoftheheartcounselling.com) or WhatsApp (+39 351 328 0252) to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this timeframe and to arrange a refund.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling less than 1 day / less than 24 hours before your appointment:

• If you forget your appointment, or you reschedule or cancel within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund. There is a 100% cancellation fee (of the purchase amount).
