Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation/rescheduling more than 3 days / 72 hours before your appointment:
- You can reschedule your own appointment online, within this timeframe, by using the link in your confirmation email.
- If you wish to cancel within this timeframe, you can choose between a coupon (store credit) that you can use at any other time and for any other service, or, you can request a full refund (back to the card you used to make the purchase). PLEASE NOTE that there is a €10 processing fee for refunds. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange a coupon or refund.
Cancellation/rescheduling within 1-3 days / 24-72 hours before your appointment:
- Full refund if your appointment is booked by another client, plus a €10 refund processing fee.
- If your appointment is not booked by another client, there is a 50% cancellation fee (of the purchase amount) plus a €10 refund processing fee.
- Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange a refund.
Cancellation/rescheduling within less than 1 day / less than 24 hours before your appointment:
- If you forget your appointment or cancel on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund.
